Zia Heller has over thirteen years of experience across investing, finance, and operating roles. Her keen ability to identify opportunities, pinpoint strategy and operations gaps, and provide effective cross-functional solutions to complex business challenges has proven valuable for a wide range of companies. Whether you are early in your company building journey, scaling towards an IPO in the next 1-2 years, or need to explore a restructuring ahead of another funding round, CEOs leverage Zia to de-risk strategic plans and deliver on the company’s highest priority goals.
During leadership positions at venture-backed startups she learnt the importance of optimizing and iterating operational workflows and processes in order to accomplish strategic plans and ambitious growth goals. Drawing from her diverse experiences, no matter the size or stage of your company, she untangles and overcomes strategic finance and operational challenges in a resource efficient manner with minimal disruption to teams and culture.
Her professional work experience is enriched by two decades of volunteer and Board-level service to nonprofits in the social justice and health equity verticals. In her free time she enjoys yoga, capoeira, tennis, and honing her skills on the drums.
